Multi Image Group (MIG) and AV Rental Depot (AVRD) brought the “wow” factor to ExhibitorLIVE 2017 in Las Vegas from 3/13 to 3/15!
ExhibitorLIVE 2017, EXHIBITOR MAGAZINE’S 29th Annual Professional Development Conference for trade show and corporate event marketers, took place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The industry’s highest-rated training conference featured seven learning tracks, and 169 educational sessions focused on all aspects of trade show, exhibit, and event marketing and management. A leader in the industry, Multi Image Group (MIG) specializes in live event production and creative digital content. AV Rental Depot (AVRD) is a division of MIG and is the nation’s leading supplier for meetings, events, and exhibition resources. Historically, we’ve had a strong presence in past shows and were excited to step up our game at this year’s conference!
Walking through a myriad of impressive exhibits and booths, there was a sea of event products and services on display. Attendees stopped in their tracks when walking by MIG & AVRD Booth 1028! From 3D-Holographic Displays to Video Image Mapping, together we showcased the latest AV technologies and creative solutions in event, exhibit, and digital content solutions – crafted by a creative and dedicated team, all under one roof.
- Our main attractor to our booth included the DREAMOC POP3 Fusion Display – the 3D Holograms captivated people as they saw images and light intertwine and “pop,” in the form of shapes that were fluid and integrated through each POP3 stand. Our crowds of people couldn’t get enough and were taking photos and videos of the amazing technology they saw before them. Our Spin-To-Win Prize Wheel was another hit!
- Several attendees asked the MIG & AVRD team questions like, “How can I make my event or booth more interactive and fun?” We asked them to step up to our Prize Wheel and delighted them with the interactive content, and the fun prized they won just for playing! This was an excellent way to highlight the customized content we can create for our customers, bringing their vision to life, with vibrant graphics and animation.
Our VR “Imagination Station,” managed by our VR expert, Colby Patton, drew a crowd of attendees that were curious in what the “VR experience” entailed. We had a broad range of products, from the Google Cardboard to the Oculus Rift, providing attendees with the full spectrum of VR capabilities.
We were excited about the influx of people that wanted to speak with our team and learn more about what we do. Our demonstrations allowed attendees to touch and feel our products and services in real-time. Relationships were sparked and strengthened. From concept to completion, MIG & AVRD strive to create uniquely branded experiences for our customers that energize, engage, inform, and inspire specific audiences. We do this while remaining focused on maximizing customer ROI.
