Multi Image Group (MIG) is proud to announce another successful show with longtime partner Volvo Penta of the Americas at the Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show 2019. MIG was presented with the opportunity of creating a unique, attention-getting booth for Volvo Penta. With the 40′ x 55′ display at the Miami Marine Stadium, MIG was able to design a floor plan with plenty of technology opportunities that led to an award-winning display!
Best Engine Display Award From NMMA
Along with six other awards at the Miami International Boat Show 2019, Volvo Penta was awarded the Best Engine Display designation from the NMMA for the best booth design among exhibitors in this category. Additionally, MIG helped Volvo Penta obtain this esteemed award at the Miami International Boat Show in 2017. According to a Market Watch press release, Ron Huibers, president and CEO of Volvo Penta of the Americas, states that “These seven major industry awards are an important validation of our Volvo Penta team’s commitment to excellence, inspiration, creativity and innovation throughout our company, both at our global headquarters in Sweden and in the Americas...It’s tremendously exciting to work with such a great award-winning team of professionals.”
MIG Exhibit Design Services on Display
MIG maintains the entire display for Volvo Penta's Miami Boat Show booth, including all of the interactive touch screens and custom carpentry, plus audio and video productions. In addition, MIG joined Volvo Penta in their green initiative “Clean the Seas” by producing a booth entirely made of LEDs, which consumes less power. Furthermore, the scenic frame system was made almost entirely of a reusable beMatrix system, to showcase further sustainability efforts.

MIG Awarded Top Workplaces South Florida 2018
The Sun Sentinel (top newspaper of Broward and Palm Beach County) announced its Top Workplaces of 2018 at the South Florida Top Workplaces Ceremony and Celebration. Multi Image Group (MIG) ranked in the mid-size employer category with nominations that came in from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County area businesses.
Multi Image Group is a certified women-owned, family-run business based in Boca Raton, Florida that, for over 38 years now, has been creating extraordinary corporate live events for some of the world’s biggest brands. This work takes MIG’s talented producers, directors, technicians, and crews all over the world to assure the highest level of excellence and impact is achieved.

Event Marketer magazine’s Event Design and Technology Awards is the world’s largest and only recognition program honoring brands and partners that create the best designed experiences – using social media and technology in live events.
At this year’s conference and exposition in Las Vegas, the winners of their 2016 Experience Design & Technology Awards were announced on November 15. Among the top honors, Multi Image Group and AdvoCare won the Silver Award for “Best Use of AV” for AdvoCare’s “Be a Champion” campaign.
Over 1,000 marketers across Fortune 500 Companies attend EVENTTech every year. The world’s most innovative marketing agencies gather together to share and learn best practices, current trends, and the latest technologies used to optimize engagement at events and trade shows.

]]>Multi Image Group (MIG) and partner Sikorsky Aircraft – the world leader in the design, manufacture and service of military and commercial helicopters; fixed-winged aircraft; spare parts and maintenance, just took home a Silver Award in the Graphis Annual Design Award Competition 2016 for the CH-53K helicopter Rollout Ceremony! 
The ceremony featured remarks from Sikorsky President Mick Maurer, UTC Chairman & CEO Louis R Chênevert, Commandant of the U.S Marine Corps, General James F. Amos and Florida Congressmen Patrick Murphy and Tom Rooney.
MIG was responsible for the technical production and environmental design of the event that launched the star of the rollout: the CH-53K, touted as the largest, most powerful helicopter ever designed and built by Sikorsky, perpetuating the line of the H-53s in production since the 1960s.

Every year Event Marketer recognizes the agencies and partners that deliver the best work experiences, provide the most employee support, and have superior office environments and cultures across the industry. This year, Creative + Technology agency Multi Image Group (MIG) was 1 of 11 winners in the “Agencies: 51-250 Employees” category.”
Hundreds of submissions were received and winners were determined exclusively on the basis of employees’ responses to an employee engagement survey sent through Quantum Workplace, a leading employee engagement consultancy. The survey’s key engagement categories included team unity, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.

The 101 responses to each category were then calculated to determine the company’s overall score and ranking. Employees were also invited to provide optional responses to several open-ended questions during the survey. MIG employees said:

On Thursday, April 23rd, at the Westin Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, The Sun Sentinel (Broward and Palm Beach Counties top newspaper) announced its 2015 Top Workplaces at the Inaugural South Florida Top Workplaces Ceremony and Celebration. Multi Image Group (MIG) ranked #2 in the mid-size employer category with 921 nominations that came in from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County area businesses.

MIG was represented at the live event by its founders, Arlene and Jim Sclafani. The owners, JV Sclafani, Robert Sclafani, and Regina O’Neil, along with several other employees were also in attendance. “When you help create a company, you always hope it’s a place people want to work at and that they’re happy there,” said Arlene Sclafani, “So it is really gratifying to be recognized in this way and to know our employees are feeling good about their experience at MIG.”

“We are a family-owned business,” added JV Sclafani, “and we treat all of our amazing employees as if they were members of our family. That doesn’t mean it’s always conflict-free, but there’s a love, respect, and genuine care at MIG that I think is really special.”
One of the challenges that Multi Image Group faced was just getting the anonymous surveys filled out. “Each company needed to have a certain high percentage of these surveys turned in,” said Marketing Manager Matt Chais, “So we had to be persistent in reminding folks to turn them in—but I wasn’t worried about the results. We don’t need an award like this to tell all of us employees what we already know. This is a great place to work.”
Robert Sclafani was glad to have the publicity for another reason, “We’re always on the lookout for talented and experienced people who want to work in a highly demanding, innovative, and creative environment. I think an award like this will help us tell our story and attract some fresh talent our way.”

Multi Image Group (MIG), an internationally recognized South Florida creative communications agency, wants to congratulate their client, DealerSocket (the creators of the automotive industry’s most comprehensive informational technology solutions) for winning the Best Small Island Booth Award for the 2015 National Automobile Dealers Association Convention & Expo held this year at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
DealerSocket’s booth integrated innovative touchscreen and experiential technology (designed and created by MIG) that attracted attendees and kept them engaged once they began to interact and enjoy their touchscreen experiences at the booth. DealerSocket Director of Marketing, Brandon Piersant, commented that the booth was consistently at high capacity and that there were no low points throughout the event.

Once we got their attention and drew them into the booth, we then involved them with some fun interactive displays that showcased DealerSocket’s wide range of products and services.”

Multi Image Group announced it was named a top finalist in the 2014 Event Tech "Best Use of Projection Mapping" for their work at the 2014 DealerSocket User Summit in San Diego, California.
“We’re thrilled,” said Jeffrey Poe, Creative Director on the DealerSocket project, “Multi Image Group partnered with DealerSocket to create a mind-blowing experience that would entertain and WOW! the DealerSocket User Summit attendees on the final night of their event. The client said, the results were beyond their expectations.” To accomplish this big impact, MIG designed, animated and installed a projection mapping experience that was displayed on the side of the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, California. The content was six stories tall and over 80 feet wide.
The MIG team incorporated the latest hardware and software and coupled that with their long-standing event experience. The new Christie projectors provided an epically clear image that was so bright it could be seen from miles away. MIG used Mad Mapper to shape the video content and ensure that the images were perfectly aligned with the existing building. The team also used perforated vinyl on the 48 windows to provide a clear surface on which to project. Lastly, Multi Image Group incorporated an audio-syncing system to translate the ambient music and audience into visually impactful, real-time graphics.
“Without the combination of these technologies, we couldn't have pulled off such an epic event," said Jeffrey Poe. “Nobody knows how to blend Creativity + Technology like Multi Image Group.

The impact was both seen and felt around the city of San Diego. Attendees posted photos and videos of the event on their social media walls, driving DealerSocket's impressions to the max. Additionally, local San Diegans were also spotted snapping photos and some even tried to crash this private event.
