Sunglass Hut made a vow to “WOW” customers at the 2015 Sunglass Hut North America Summit held at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL. MIG was happy to help keep them true to their promise. The event involved 500 Field leaders and CSC associates from around the world gathered to discuss big wins from last year and even bigger ones on the horizon. John Haugh, President of Sun and Luxury Brands, delivered the keynote address, summarizing goals met by the company and challenging the team to do even better in future. Multi Image Group was, once again, Luxottica’s go-to team to make this event come alive in a spectacular and memorable manner.
A few technical highlights:
- The 2015 Sunglass Hut Summit utilized a 15’ x 60’ widescreen and a 15’ circle screen to emulate their logo. This configuration gave us the ability to put the Imag camera shots on the circular screen, and leave the widescreen for custom made graphics.
- The video system was controlled by a Vista Spyder multiscreen controller, with an additional Panasonic switching rack for the cameras.
- In addition, the stage was set up in a runway configuration to get the presenters out closer to the audience. The lighting truss emulated the shape of the stage, which added further visual excitement in the room
The overall result was a gigantic WOW that thrilled both the audience and the executives.
